Terms & Conditions
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: $500 fine if found smoking inside the unit. $100 fine for cigarette butts found on the grounds.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY: no loud music or noise after 10 PM.
Please take off shoes: remove shoes and use the slippers provided when entering the unit.
Park in the parking spot in front of the house on the street only. Don't block the Drive Way or park in the guest parking.
Pet fee $150 per pet per stay
Repairs or extra cleaning: Any repairs required to the property, or “extraordinary” cleaning fees as a result of your stay will be charged to your deposit.
