Terms & Conditions
1. Toilet Use: Only flush toilet paper. Dispose of excess or other items in the trash to avoid clogs and plumbing fees.
2. No Smoking: Smoking indoors incurs a $500 fine. Cigarette butts on the grounds result in a $100 fine.
3. No Parties: Avoid loud music or excessive noise after 10 PM.
4. Shoe Removal: Remove shoes upon entering and use provided slippers. If unavailable, wearing shoes is acceptable.
5. Supplies: Do not take supplies from the property.
6. Furniture: Do not rearrange furniture.
7. Lost Items: Replacement fees: keys $20, towels $20, remotes $40, slippers $20.
8. Cleaning & Repairs: Extra cleaning or repairs (e.g., unwashed dishes, spills, or damage) will be deducted from your deposit.
